The On Broadway program is the stepping stone to the performing arts industry for younger students. Students get a great mix of singing, dancing and acting whilst led by leading professionals who support and nurture their growth and development. Setting off on one of the many opportunities at Vocalise will give you a taste of the life as a practitioner in the industry.

Program fees

All students at Vocalise Academy pay student fees to contribute towards the cost of their program. Student fees fund the program, costumes, video recordings, uniform and the Student Handbook.

From 2019, all programs will be supported by the NSW Government's Creative Kids Program allowing eligible students to receive a contribution towards the costs of your program. 

The amount you pay depends on the instalment plan of which is best suited to your financial positioning.

Lesson duration

One hour per week during the academic year

Age requirements

Students must be between the ages of three and 16. Special consideration can be taken for students younger than three.

Capacity per lesson

We take a maximum of eight to 12 students per lesson.

Academic Year

An academic year at Vocalise Academy consists of four terms with 10 weeks allocated to each term.

Term 1

Monday 1 February 2021 to Wednesday 3 April 2021

Term 2

Monday 19 April 2021 to Saturday 26 June 2021

Term 3

Monday 12 July 2021 to Saturday 18 September 2021

Term 4

Monday 4 October 2021 to Saturday 18 December 2021

The best place to start your child's journey into the world of music. The On Broadway Program take an exciting journey that sees your child singing their heart out...

The On Broadway program has been developed for children wishing to start their journey into performing arts. Our curriculum includes vocal scales to develop best practices for singing, dancing, acting and performance skills for coordination and finally acting skills to build their confidence both on-stage and off-stage. Whilst also empowering students through confidence, mindfulness and wellbeing activities.

Watch as your child develops their confidence through music and performance whilst creating friendships with like-minded students. Our nurturing and caring community of mentors and students create a safe space where people feel a strong sense of belonging. 

This program is suited for three age groups between 4-6 years, 7-11 years and 12-16 years whilst aligned with our core values and we believe it is essential to nurture every student's journey bringing joy and confidence and exploring the strengths and passions of our students.
